Fiduciary Responsibilities

The Nesbitt Memorial Library Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit, non-partisan group of volunteers dedicated to raising money and managing funds for the betterment of the Nesbitt Memorial Library and Archives which, in turn, benefit all members of the community. The Foundation is a nonprofit organization formed under IRS Code 501(c)(3). Its board members receive no financial reparation or fees of any kind. The NMLF is 100% goal oriented with no overhead or administrative fees. Its sole mission is to enhance the Nesbitt Memorial Library and Archives by soliciting donations from private citizens, corporations, businesses, other charitable foundations, and gifts/bequests.
